These terms govern your use of the Purposeful Living Studio (“PLS”) app and this website, both provided by Skyline Networks, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using either, you agree to these terms.

Your use of the app

You may use PLS for your own personal, lawful purposes. If PLS is distributed through Apple, your use is also subject to the terms presented through Apple, including Apple’s applicable end-user license terms. Any official availability, device requirements, and offer details are established only in the applicable Apple listing.

What PLS is—and is not

PLS is a calm lifestyle tool with gentle prompts, stationery, and supportive practices intended to help you make room for what matters. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Use your judgment and seek appropriate help when needed.

Acceptable use

• Use PLS and this website only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content except where applicable law permits.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the website or supporting services.

Your content

Content you create in the app remains yours. The app is designed to keep that personal content on your device. You are responsible for what you choose to create, save, export, or share.

Our content

The PLS name, wordmark, written content, design, and visual system are owned by Skyline Networks, LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No website commerce

This website does not accept orders, preorders, subscriptions, or payments. It provides product information and public support, privacy, and terms pages.

Provided “as is”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLS and this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the experience calm and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Networks, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PLS or this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
